Bandhavgarh National Park. Bandhavgarh is statistically India’s best park for tiger sightings, almost always resulting in multiple sightings over your 5 safaris here. The park is home to a variety of wildlife including leopards, sloth bears, Indian bison (gaur), sambar deer, barking deer, and langurs. The avian population is equally impressive, with over 250 species of birds recorded in the park. Birdwatchers can delight in spotting species like the crested serpent eagle, the Malabar pied hornbill, and the Indian roller, among others. The rich and varied wildlife makes each safari a unique experience, offering new encounters and sightings every time. The afternoon safaris, on the other hand, provide a different ambiance as the sun sets, casting a golden hue over the landscape and creating perfect photographic opportunities.
